Assuming you have already got Windows 8.1, Then the first step would be downloading the KMSpico, At the movement it seems to be only solution really work to activate windows 8.1.

download kmspico from http://www1.datafilehost.com/d/b120837f (just copy the link into your browser)

Step 3
After downloading try to extract the zip file password-2013
Step 4
Run the KMSpico setup file
